NDA represents Lingotto Opportunity Fund ILP (“Lingotto”) in the listing of TVS Infrastructure Trust

Deal Brief

TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks Private Limited (“TVS ILP”) announced the fundraise of approximately USD 151 Million through the listing of its InvIT, TVS Infrastructure Trust. TVS ILP is the sponsor of TVS Infrastructure Trust and a part of the TVS Mobility group. Lingotto (an investment fund owned by Exor NV) is a shareholder in TVS ILP. TVS Infrastructure Trust is one of India’s largest warehousing InvIT on NSE.

Exor (Lingotto’s parent) has diverse investment portfolio which includes Ferrari, Juventus Football Club and Christian Louboutin amongst others.

Our Role

We, at Nishith Desai Associates, acted as counsel to Lingotto and advised them on the legal, documentary and regulatory aspects of the listing.
